COVID 19 TRADING POLICIES
Hygrange Ltd is fully committed to providing a safe working and trading environment for its staff and customers. We fully monitor and abide by the recommendations provided by the Government to ensure we meet or exceed required standards.

Deep Cleaning. All our cars and keys are deep cleaned and sanitised with anti-bacterial cleanser prior to inspection, test drive or delivery. We actively track the cleansing status of each car and provide disposable steering wheel and seat covers.

Retail Distancing. With so much detail on each of our vehicles online including over 50 photos, HD videos, finance calculators and the ability to build a deal and reserve a car online, much of initial legwork of your enquiry can be done remotely. If you have any additional questions or require a personalised video walkaround via WhatsApp or Facetime, then please let us know and we’ll be happy to do so.

Contactless Delivery. We offer a 100% contactless delivery service on most of our vehicles and is free within 30 miles of our showroom and £1 per mile there-after. Once a deposit has been made to secure the vehicle, we will arrange with you a convenient time to deliver the car to your work or home. The car and keys will again be sanitised prior to handover. DVLA ownership transfers and taxing will be done online. Please call for more information as transport methods may vary depending on location.

Showroom Visits. To enable us to enforce our strict 2m social distancing requirement, appointments MUST be made in advance to visit the showroom or test drive a vehicle. This will allow us to enforce a strict one customer at a time policy in the showroom. Hand sanitisers are available to customers and distancing measures are in place in the Showroom. Touchpoints within the showroom, office and toilet are sanitised each day and after every customer visit. Test drives will unaccompanied and therefore please bring with you a valid photo ID driving license and proof of address within 3 months. Respectfully we request you do not visit the showroom if you are showing or have recently shown symptoms of Covid 19.
