In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, I wanted firstly to express my hope that you and your family are in good health and are doing everything you can to keep yourself safe and well.
Here at Hurleyhouse we are rigorously following government guidelines as well as implementing additional measures to keep our premises as clean and safe as possible for our customers.
We are focused on ensuring all our customers, past and present, get all the support they need to stay mobile either with a service/MOT and repair. During this time of restricted movement we wanted to address some points below:
We are offering free of charge collection and delivery for all customers deemed to be most vulnerable including those over the age of 70 years old.
If you have any service work booked with us, please be assured that our technical staff will be wearing gloves and using seat covers during repairs.
During these worrying times I can assure you that any member of our staff showing symptoms of Corona-virus will be sent home immediately and in the interests of safety those staff remaining in our dealership will be avoiding handshakes and close personal contact.
