Suzuki was founded in 1993 in Bishop’s Stortford when I moved down from Peterborough with a couple of colleagues to set up the old ‘Wood and Krailing’ business at ‘Gates Corner’ in the town. The current Hilton Suzuki in Bishop’s Stortford is a different business at a different site, but you get the same old friendly and fair service from all our staff.

Hilton Suzuki were fantastic because they seemed to value our custom; they seemed to like the fact that the part-exchange deal invloved one of their own previous vehicles; that we had been recommended by a family member and that we were happy with the proven reliability of the car we were purchasing. They were not at all pushy and very happy to explain the differences in the vehicles we had contemplated buying. The purchase was simple and we even took up the Hilton Service scheme. The centre may be a little further away from our home than we would have liked but we thinks the additional travel involved will be worth it.
I'd recommend Hilton Suzuki because the deal was fair and honest. Very friendly and helpful service.

I had a great sales experience with Hilton Suzuki from start to finish. I felt very comfortable buying a vehicle with Keith. He was friendly, informative and not pushy at all - he was happy to make sure the vehicle was right for me. After the sale he followed up to make sure I got the 2nd key to the vehicle within days and also ensures the follow up ownership paperwork was done promptly. I'd suggest Hilton Suzuki to a friend because the sales staff are excellent, particularly Darren who sold me my Mini Cooper S (not a Suzuki!). No pressure sale, fantastic price offered, and great care taken throughout the purchasing and collection process. Also great aftercare service, with my car developing a small (although harmless) squeak. I raised the issue and had the car booked in, looked at and returned within the week - with the problem fixed, and car cleaned. Brilliant, all round service - would recommend to anyone, and will buy from them again in future when needed.

I was happy with the service at Hilton Suzuki, my husband bought his last vehicle there and dealt with Keith, who we both trust and have faith in. My vehicle has since had to be returned to Suzuki with 2 Warning Light faults and although inconvenient, both times this was dealt with promptly, professionally and a courtesy car was supplied when needed. Would highly recommend this Show room.

I would recommend Hilton Suzuki as they are a professional service which satisfied my needs as a customer, however since I've purchased the vehicle I've started to notice some visual imperfections on the car which seem to be appearing once I've cleaned the car. The laccer on the wheels has started to flake off and show very easy, also the wheels are meant to be gloss black but in some areas are showing up mat black after and couple of washes with the hose. Very disappointed to be honest, seems that the car was made to look really fresh until it got used and now looking warn out. Will be taking a visit back to Suzuki expecting the problems to be sorted. The handbrake also appears to be coming up rather high for comfort.
