These two guys are the 1st two that are selling used cars who I would allow my wife to go to on her own to buy a car from without the fear of her being ripped off. The car I bought needed a new headlight when I mentioned it the reply was, that will be sorted when it goes for its m.o.t if anything is else is found it will be done, no problem. I have got myself a really cracking Corsa only had two days and I love it. I can not praise the guys enough I've never met anybody like them. I can recomend them 100%

Excellent service provided by Dan and Ady at Hi Auto. They were both really friendly and helpful, and quick at getting back to me with any questions I had with absolutely no pressure to buy from them. We looked at another similar car on the same day but the car at Hi Auto was better standard, the service was better and with a years warranty and breakdown so we got a better deal with them. Picking the car up today was really fast and efficient and they informed DVLA and sorted out the tax for me. I would definitely recommend Hi Auto to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

If you are looking for a honest garage ...look no further than hi autos ..a genuine couple of guys ...after buying my car from them I found a rust spot on the roof ,I rang Dan and told him , his reply was no problem bring it back and we'll sort it out, can't ask for better than that . Visited 'Hi Auto Ltd' on Sunday and purchased a car we had seen advertised, perfect car for me! Vehicle was exactly as stated on Auto Trader and we were most impressed. We were deiighted with the professional, friendly and efficient service we received and purchased the car there and then, such a pleasant experience. We were also so impressed by their customer service that went beyond what is expected. This garage is a little further than we would often have looked but so worth the journey, we will certainly be back when the time comes.

From the outset, both Ady & Dan were extremely helpful in explaining both the cars background and specs, they were not pushy at all and any faults found were corrected the same day. Buying any car is a process where the buyer needs to be fully aware of the pitfalls but these guys could not be more accommodating. We're all delighted with the car so far and we would certainly use these guys again.

Having looked at many cars over the last couple of weeks, it was refreshing to find a car which met my expectations at a realistic price. I was able to inspect and test drive the car, on my own, and without any pressure. Having decided to buy the car, I was able to pay by bank transfer, and then wait in a comfortable environment with a cup of coffee, while all the paperwork was completed, before driving the car away with 5 days insurance and 12 months warranty. Very happy with my new purchase!!!

Very professional dealer, Hi Auto was recommended by a friend and I can understand why, this was the easiest car purchase I have ever done! No pushy sales reps just friendly helpful advise and an excellent deal. The car was very well presented and everything arranged with the minimum of hassle. Visited a few dealers before Hi Auto and they simply weren't organised and had my time. Upon Arrival all the documents were on the table. Presentation of the office and car was world class. I made up my mind to buy the car immediately. I was helped to insure car and pay the road tax immediately and drove off with the car. No cleaning or work to do. Everything was done. Give them a try first if you love value for money.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a second hand car. Dan and Ady both have a lot of experience working in some big car dealerships but they don't do the 'big sell'. The car I bought had some minor things that needed rectifying (nothing major at all) but there were no questions asked - they just sorted it. A great couple of guys who just care about customer service. Don't go anywhere else - it isn't worth the risk.

Dan and Ady are very pleasant to deal with and made the process of buying a used car, simple and stress free. Their car lot is very professional and a pleasure to visit. I was left to look at the car on my own and to take it out on my own and at no time felt pressurised to buy. A fault occurred on the car soon after I bought it and it was dealt with (and paid for) by them, despite the fact that it wasn't covered by the warranty that I'd taken out. One of the best car buying experiences that I've had.

Hi Auto were a pleasure to deal with. I bought a Ford Focus Estate from them and the process was quick and simple. I was very happy with the price after comparing elsewhere, especially with the extras that were included. I was able to put a deposit down over the phone to secure the car until I could travel up to them, they even offered to pick me up from the station, which was a nice touch. When I got there the car was in great condition and I took out additional warranty under no pressure. I have bought 2nd hand before and had problems so didn't want to take the risk. I have been driving the car for 2 weeks and it runs perfectly. I would definitely recommend Hi Auto and if I need another car in the future I will definitely check with them first.

I was able to speak with both partners over the phone before I drove the 170 miles to view the car of my choice. From both of them conveyed an atmosphere and feeling of being genuine in their desire for the car to be right. They both appear to have an ethic and understanding of humans make business and not selling cars. In short, I trusted them.
