Helpful staff with no pressure whilst looking at cars and arranging test drives. Good length test-drives too so you can really try it out. Now taking my car back there for servicing and the same friendly experience. This time I chose to wait and there's a little seating area with tea, coffee and biscuits where you can hang out and read while you wait for the mechanics to do their thing.
