We have put in place numerous safety protocols to protect our staff and customers alike, such as a one-way system in place so you enter and leave through separate doors which will reduce people having to pass each other as they enter and leave, all desks will have plastic screens in place like you will have seen in many of the large supermarkets, we have got floor stickers reminding people of the need to social distance, these are also 2 meters apart so they can be used as a guide on where it is appropriate to stand, when you enter the garage there is a customer hand sanitiser station where we would kindly ask customers coming into the garage to make use of before handing over their keys to the service receptionist.

We have also taken the step to give every member of staff a personal thermometer and we will take and record staffs temperatures and monitor these, so if someone’s temperature has risen unexpectedly we can take the decision to ask them to go home and self-isolate, we hope by taking these measures people will see that at Hayes Garage we are doing everything within our powers to make sure our staff and customers are being protected.

We will be contacting everyone who has missed an appointment during the time we were closed and get them re-booked as soon as possible.

The Sales Department is now fully open and if you wish to purchase a car but if don't want to come in this can be done remotely and we can conduct a virtual/video viewing of any car if you so wish, the whole process of purchasing a vehicle including paperwork, payment, finance, and delivery can all be completed without the need to visit the showroom.
