I was dealt with by James, Sales Manager, who could not have been more helpful. He is likable, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Hawthorns is also a trading garage/service center so the cars they sell will have been given a thorough examination and given any attention required prior to being sold. The car I bought was in very good condition and very well presented. The few minor imperfections I pointed out were all rectified prior to the sale, I could not have asked for more. The car was at the top end of suggested pricing but given the condition, service, attention to detail and the fact that alloys had been refurbished, new tyres had been fitted, marks to the leather were repaired and a full service was carried out (in line with manufacturer requirements) prior to me taking the car I honestly felt like I got an excellent deal. I also traded in my car at a very fair price which made the sale even easier. I honestly cannot fault Hawthorns at all

I cannot fault the service I received. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The car I bought is exactly what I wanted. All round very professional but with a personal touch. I would recommend them to everyone.
