First of all, we hope that you and your families have remained safe and well during the current situation we are presently faced with.

ESP Cars have taken measures to ensure your safety when visiting us, below is a list of the guidelines currently in place, we will continue to observe and follow any changes to the systems in line with Government recommendations.

AS OF THE 24TH OF JULY ANY CUSTOMER VISITING ESP CARS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK, UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GRANT ENTRY TO ANYONE NOT WEARING ONE, THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 11

WE ARE RESTRICTING THE AMOUNT OF VISITORS PER PARTY TO TWO ADULTS WITH CHILDREN

1. Accompanied test drives are now available, we are insistent that only 1 member of your family can join 1 member of our staff, FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN BY BOTH PARTIES, IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN FACE MASK.  

2. Please call prior to visiting to arrange an appointment time, FOR YOUR SAFETY WE ARE LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF STAFF AND GENERAL PUBLIC ON SITE AT THE SAME TIME.

3. There is a bell located in the entry area to our showroom, PLEASE RING THIS BELL UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AND WALK INTO THE SHOWROOM, we may be at capacity and you will be asked to wait, 2 Metre distancing markers in all public areas with only one family allowed in the showroom at a time

4. Sanitation Stations have been erected upon entry to the front and main showrooms, housing gloves and the correct strength sanitizer as well as bins for disposal of used items.

5. Dedicated viewing areas for customers only – no encroachment by staff to ensure your viewing satisfaction

6. All customer facing desks are now fitted with clear Perspex screens and offices are clearly marked with floor tape to ensure social distancing at all times

7. Customer Toilets are strictly for customers only and are regularly sanitized to ensure hygiene standards are met

8. We have identified a 40 point touch list for every vehicle that is being collected or viewed, the 40 touch points are sanitized post valet to ensure maximum effect 

9. We have closed our children’s play area and ask that, where possible, when viewing or collecting that you limit the collection to as few members of your family as possible.

The future of car buying is certainly evolving and we encourage you to check our reserve online section where a vehicle can be ordered with a reservation fee to viewing it, obviously to be confident in doing so you need confidence in the company you are purchasing from, for this reason we offer you the following peace of mind.
